Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SafeLane parental controls service operated by Trajectory Labs, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

SafeLane provides parental controls for families, including:

• Content filtering and category-based browsing policies.
• Activity monitoring and browsing history reports.
• AI-powered chat for managing family browsing policies.
• Push notifications and alerts for parents.

Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and a parent or legal guardian to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service on your children's devices complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service on devices you do not own or have authority to manage.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Service's security or filtering features.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to monitor individuals without proper authority.

Subscription & Billing

SafeLane is offered as a paid subscription service. Pricing is as displayed at the time of signup. Subscriptions may include a free trial period, after which your payment method will be charged automatically.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by Trajectory Labs, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will block all harmful or inappropriate content. No content filtering solution is 100% effective.

You acknowledge that the Service is a tool to assist with parental supervision, not a replacement for it.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trajectory Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from content that was not blocked or filtered.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with reasonable notice where possible. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Oklahoma.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
