SafeLane is a product of Trajectory Labs, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the SafeLane parental controls service, including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

• Account information: Your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• Children's browsing activity: URLs visited on managed devices, category classifications, and policy enforcement actions (allow/block decisions).
• Device information: Device identifiers, operating system, and browser type for managed devices.
• Waitlist emails: If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address.
• Usage data: How you interact with the Service, including dashboard usage and feature engagement.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the Service, including content filtering and activity monitoring.
• Enforce browsing policies you configure for your children's devices.
• Display activity reports and alerts in the parent dashboard.
• Improve and develop the Service.
• Communicate with you about your account and the Service.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL databases. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

Children's Privacy

SafeLane is designed to be set up and managed by parents or legal guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children for marketing or advertising purposes. All children's browsing data is collected at the direction of, and accessible only to, the parent or guardian who manages the account.

Parents can review, modify, or delete their children's data at any time through the dashboard or by contacting us.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate SafeLane:

• Supabase: Database hosting and authentication.
• Anthropic: AI-powered chat features for policy management.
• Expo: Push notification delivery to mobile devices.
• Stripe: Payment processing for subscriptions.

These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and your children's browsing data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you and your children.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
